In response to the sustained strong global market demand, SWEP has kept increasing investment in capacity expansion in recent years to fix global supply shortages and stabilize product delivery across all regions. The newly launched investment is a crucial extension of the company’s long-term global strategic layout. Covering SWEP’s five manufacturing bases around the world, the expansion plan includes the procurement of advanced brazing furnaces, professional testing instruments, precision stamping lines and intelligent automated production equipment. In addition, SWEP will expand the production area of its Tulsa plant in the United States, comprehensively upgrading its global intelligent manufacturing level and cross-regional product delivery capacity.

Adhering to the core philosophy of efficient heat exchange and green energy conservation, SWEP’s upgraded capacity layout focuses on high-value application scenarios such as data center liquid cooling, energy efficiency optimization and energy security guarantee, which closely fits the mainstream trend of global industrial low-carbon transformation. Driven by the explosive growth of artificial intelligence and high-performance computing, modern AI data centers feature ultra-high power density, generating massive heat during high-load operation, which creates urgent market demand for high-efficiency, high-stability professional cooling solutions.

Meanwhile, the global electrification revolution is accelerating the upgrading of building HVAC systems, industrial production equipment and district energy systems. Heating and cooling solutions based on heat pumps and chillers have become mainstream choices for end users, thanks to their excellent economic benefits and sustainable refrigerant application advantages. This industry change has further broadened the market application space for SWEP’s high-efficiency BPHE products.

“Critical infrastructure markets are experiencing rapid growth, bringing a significant rise in global demand for premium heat exchange technologies. SWEP has long been dedicated to developing innovative solutions for global customers, delivering products with superior performance, reliability and efficiency. This investment will further unlock our production potential, align our global manufacturing capacity with customers’ growth ambitions, and support the large-scale deployment of heating and cooling systems across the industry,” said Ulrika Nordqvist, President of SWEP.
